TERMS AND CONDITIONS [2010.02.01]

Registration must be paid in full before players are allowed to participate in any club activities, e.g. practice, tryout, game. This is not only an NCSC policy, it is a requirement for insurance coverage under the Ontario Soccer Association insurance policy.

In order to be considered as registered:

a) The full registration player and guardian information must be completed either online or hardcopy and 

b) Full payment must be received. 

Full payment be made at time of registration, e.g. if registering online then mail a cheque immediately to the club's mailing address. Payment in full must be received within 2 weeks or the registration will be void. It is not the club's responsibility to send reminders for insufficient / missing payment of fees. Payment problems, e.g. due to NSF cheque or rejected payment will incur an administration charge of $15. 

Note that recreational teams for U12 and older age groups play in the South Side South League. This involves inter-club play with travel to other club's fields. Half of the game will be played at your home field. It is referred to as an unbalanced schedule because the majority of games will be in the Northern district, e.g. vs Ottawa Internationals, Nepean Hotspurs. Each Northern team will play 1-2 games in the Southern district, e.g. Kemptville, Smiths Falls.

1. Use NCSC's convenient On-Line Registration system.  Open 24x7.
   Its fast, its free, and it saves the club a lot of paperwork
   Online Registration open February 17.
    
2. If choosing to pay by cheque, mail a copy of the registration invoice, (and copy of birth certificate if necessary) along with a cheque to;

3. Online payment by VISA or MasterCard is now available.

Please note, if the player is new to the club we require a copy of the players birth certificate.  If registering on-line, the birth certificate must be sent by mail. Note: Adult players do not need to provide a birth certificate.
