participating in a sanctioned Nepean City Soccer Club activity,
application for a refund may be made. This application must be in
writing or email and accompanied by an accident report from the coach
and a note from the attending physician. The amount of the refund will
be the player's fee minus player governing body fees, tryout fees, the

based upon the date of injury. Summer season is considered to be from
May 15th to September 1st. Refunds of less than $10 will not be
provided.
Examples:
Regional Player Injured July 1st in the 2008 Season
Player Refund ProRate base = $310 - ($32 OSA/EODSA + $35 Tryout +$25
Admin) = $218
Player Refund = $218 * (May 15 - July 1)/109 = $218*0.569 = $124
House Leaguer Injured June 15th in the 2008 Season
PRPRB = $140 - ($22 OSA/EODSA + $0 Tryout fee + $25 Admin) = $93
PR = $93 * (May 15 - June 15)/109 = $93*0.725 = $67.42 = $68 Rounded
