The amount of the refund will be the player's fee minus player governing body fees, tryout fees, the administrative fee and a pro-rated amount for the league time played based upon the date of injury. Summer season is considered to be from May 15th to September 1st. Refunds of less than $10 will not be provided.

    Examples:

    • Regional Player Injured July 1st in the 2008 Season
      Player Refund ProRate base = $310 - ($32 OSA/EODSA + $35 Tryout +$25 Admin) = $218
      Player Refund = $218 * (May 15 - July 1)/109 = $218*0.569 = $124
    • House Leaguer Injured June 15th in the 2008 Season
      PRPRB = $140 - ($22 OSA/EODSA + $0 Tryout fee + $25 Admin) = $93
