Summer Camps
August 9-13 and 16-20, 2010

The Nepean City Soccer Club is proud to present Brazilian Style coaching. Juliano Panchera (known as “Gigio”) will be leading this summer camp. If you are aged 8-12 and prepared to work hard while having a lot of fun, this is an excellent opportunity for you to further develop your soccer skills. As a former professional goalkeeper in Brazil, Gigio will draw from his experience and adopt the same coaching techniques and philosophy during camp activities. This camp is open to recreational and competitive players and will have a maximum player-to-coach ratio of 10:1. This will allow for quality training and a positive experience for the participants.

The daily program schedule is as follows:

8h00 - 9h00	Early Drop-off
9h00 - 9h50	Coordination, Physical and Technical Exercises
9h50 - 10h00	Recovery and Water Break
10h00 – 10h50	Application of the Fundamentals of Soccer
10h50 – 11h00	Recovery, Water Break and Snack Time
11h00 – 12h00	Game with the Implementation of Morning Program
12h00 – 13h00	Lunch Break
13h00 – 14h00	Shooting Exercises (Individual)
14h00 – 14h10	Recovery and Water Break
14h10 – 15h00	Shooting Exercises (with Synchronized Movements)
15h00 – 15h10	Recovery and Water Break
15h10 – 16h00	Games
16h00 – 16h30	Late Pick-up

Please be sure to bring the following to the camp:

Lunch and snacks
Sun screen
Plenty of water
Soccer cleats
Shin guards
Rain gear

Please make sure to register early as the number of participants is limited. The cost for each week is $195, while it is $350 for the two weeks. Soccer participants will be provided a camp t-shirt. The location of the camp will be Trend Arlington Park, 50 Bellman Drive, Nepean.
